Pre-Wedding

• Initial consultation and proposal

• Complete event design that will be used throughout the entire planning process and sent to vendors for inspiration and design.

• Research, Proposals, Vendor Selection, Contract Negotiation, Communication with all wedding vendors (includes things like stationery, officiant, floral & décor, lighting, rentals, entertainment, DJ/ band, favors, photography, videography, etc!) for all details, briefings, and modifications.

• Implementation of design and wedding day timeline (see Wedding Day description below) for all elements of your wedding day.

• RSVP invitation management

• Maintain and manage the budget

• Direct & conduct ceremony rehearsal

• Unlimited correspondence with our team

• Wedding Day Management 

• Most importantly, all the stress that comes with wedding planning will be taken away as we enjoy building a friendship while planning the most important day of your life to date

Wedding Day

• Coordinate with the venue for all event execution details

• Create a detailed event timeline and distribute to all vendors and venues for both ceremony and reception

• Coordinate all vendor arrivals, deliveries, set up requirements and finalize all details regarding the flow of the event

• Be the point of contact for all vendor questions, logistics, etc

• Arrive at least 3 hours prior (or earlier) to start time to ensure that all is ready for your arrival or be present for the first vendor arrival, whichever prevails

• Same day basic decor set up 

• Greet and receive all vendor arrivals, deliveries, and set up the day of. Be the responsible person on-site

• Direct ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception to ensure that all runs smoothly and on time

• Direct guests to correct spaces for each activity

• Implementation of the event timeline and on-site troubleshooting

• Coordinate vendors for the full evening
